Welcome 2008 Summer Guests,

Book early to ensure you get the time you are looking for in 2008. We have been actively accepting reservations at Wilderness Place Lodge for the 2008 summer season. Our lodge welcomes a 50% return guest rate each season and only takes up to 16 guests at any given time, so much of our space will begin to fill as our 2007 season comes to a close.

 

 

 

Capture the Benefits of Booking in Advance:

1.      We honor 2007 rates for 2008 reservations made prior to October 15, 2007.

 

2.      We are offering hotel accommodations in Anchorage for all groups one night prior to departure to the lodge. This is available for all groups making reservations prior to December 31, 2007.

 

To secure a reservation, we require an initial 10% non-refundable deposit to secure trip dates. An additional 40% non-refundable payment is due December 31st with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your arrival date at the lodge. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. This assures the refund of your non-refundable payments in case of cancellation due to circumstances out of your or our control. We are registered with TRAVEL GUARD, a sportsmen’s travel insurance company, which offers very affordable options to protect your investment. Accommodations in Anchorage

 

All groups reserving space prior to December 31st will receive complimentary accommodations in Anchorage, Alaska on the night prior to their departure to the lodge. We work in accordance with the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in Anchorage. These are high quality, brand-new establishments centrally located in Anchorage’s mid-town.

 

 

Our Fishing Package Inclusions

 

Our rates do include round-trip airfare from Anchorage. All fishing packages are based on an 11:00 AM departure from Anchorage to the lodge and an 11:45 AM return flight. Midday arrival/departures allow for 1/2 day of fishing on 1st and last days of the trip. Please ask in advance to arrange alternative arrival/departure times. It is our goal to maximize your fishing time and allow you to plan each day as you please!

10% discount on all packages for children 16 and under

10% Military discount

5% discount for groups of 5-9

10% discounts for groups of 10-14

All lodge packages include: round trip floatplane flights from Anchorage to the lodge, full lodge services including daily guided fishing, all meals, and private cabin accommodations. Rates are based on noon arrivals and departures. Special group and corporate rates are available on request. The lodge has a beer and wine license and a good selection of both are always available.

*Not Included: Beverages, fishing licenses, lures & flies, staff gratuities.
