Shrimp Satay


6 large prawn shrimp
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch chives
1 cup oil

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange marmalade

Add garlic to oil and bring to boil. After reaching boiling point, take off heat and put aside. Once room temp brush shrimp with oil. Combine all ingredients in sauce and reduce on medium heat until thickened. Sautee shrimp on skewer until cooked and cover in sauce mixture.
