Velvet Mocha Pie dessert recipe

Velvet Mocha Pie
"Excellent! Flavorful! Simple! ..a excellent finale with full chocolate flavor."


Makes 2 Pies:
  • 2 lbs. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • Chilled Coffee to taste


Melt chips with butter in double boiler. In mixing bowl add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla and whip to stiff peaks. Once melted, add chocolate mix and chilled coffee into whipped cream and fold together until mixed well. Put all ingredients into pie shell (cookie crust recommended) and refrigerate for 3 hours.
