Cordon Bleu Puffs Appetizer

INGREDIENTS:


8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups ham diced
1 cup minced chives
2 sheets puff pastry
1. Beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in the swiss cheese ham and 1/2 cup of the chives.
2. Cut pastry sheets into 24 squares; 6x4
3. Place squares in muffin tins, add 1 heaping tablespoon in each muffin tin. Top with remaining chives
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 -20 min. until puff pastry is golden brown.
