Makes 1 10" spring form pan:
2 lbs. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
8 whole large eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. chocolate chips (semisweet
1/4 cup coffee
Whip eggs until double in size in mixing bowl. Meanwhile melt choco chips and butter in double boiler.
When melted, add chocolate mixture and coffee to eggs and fold until incorporated. Pour into greased pan
and put in oven at 325 until middle is semi stiff or temped at 140degrees about 22-25min.
