Wilderness Place Lodge Highlights |

1.) We are remote yet very convenient: Our lodge is located on Lake Creek, 70 miles by air from Anchorage (35 minute flight).
2.) We're flexible: We offer day trips from Anchorage, day and night trips, and 1-10 night stays based on the preferences of our guests. We do not demand our guests to book for a one week period. Your daily schedule is equally flexible and you can plan it as you please.
3.) A personalized experience at a quality price- $1556 for a 2 night inclusive package to $4275 for a week-long stay.
4.) Our packages include floatplane airfare from Anchorage, private riverside cabins for each group, Excellent gourmet meals, and personal guide service (one guide/2-3 guests). Many lodges charge extra for flights from Anchorage to remote destinations. The only additonal costs to guests are personal: equipment rental, fishing licenses and spirits.
5) Personal Service - Our staff of 12 takes pride in serving our max. capacity of 15 guests. One fishing guide is assigned to 2-3 fishermen, typically just 2.
6.) Fabulous Food On and Off the water - Our head chef prepares truly fabulous 5-star restaraunt cuisine. We offer our guests hot breakfast on the water while they fish. Also, lunch can be delivered on the water - All to maximize fishing time. 6:00pm we serve a 4-course hearty gourmet dinner.
7.) Modern Private Cabins - Each group of guests enjoys the privacy of our 6 independent riverside cabins. We offer standard or deluxe log or knotty pine cabins with comfortable beds and daily maid service.
8.)The Finest Fishing in Southcentral Alaska - Our river is something special. It breaks into 4 different channels in the lower 6 river miles and offers unprecedented fishing habitat. We prefer to fish from shore and pursue holding salmon and trout from the many gravel bars, islands and riffles Lake Creek is famous for.
9.) We welcome all walks of life - From world-touring pro fishermen to novices, individual travelers to large groups; seasoned veterans to young children. We accommodate a wide array of guests at Wilderness Place Lodge and provide thorough instruction to those in need. We focus on safety, education, orientation, comfort, friendliness and most of all FUN.
