Wilderness Place Lodge - Guest Questionnaire Form

Please be sure that each individual in your group fills out this form. We appreciate you taking the time to help us help you!
Also, it is advised that all guests purchase their fishing licenses and king salmon stamps online (King stamps required for June and early July guests only). It is a quick process and you can print out your licenses immediately. This saves you time upon arrival to the lodge so we can get you on the water ASAP.
